Swinertonrenovated PIMCO offices on the 22nd and 23rd floors in one of Austin’s most iconic buildings. Designed by Gensler, this 47,000-square-foot project consists of open and closed offices, conference rooms, a café, and break area, and a new reception area. The space includes an interconnecting staircase along with a leather-wrapped handrail to tie in the break area to reception. One of the meeting rooms features a hidden entry door, custom-made by our millworker for that space. The breakroom incorporates a custom-designed light piece by Gensler that hangs over the island.
